  • Our culture is obsessed with dieting. So instead of being at ease with the food we put in our bodies, we’re constantly stressed about it.
  • As women especially, we’re surrounded with messaging about the way we look on the outside. There’s not nearly as much focus on what’s going on inside our bodies. Self-care, nutrition, mindset? They take a backseat.

And the biggest myth of all...

  • We’re taught that health and nutrition is very black and white. You’re either healthy or unhealthy. Certain foods are either good or bad. You should eat this but not that. But long-term lifestyle changes have to allow for flexibility so you can actually enjoy your life!

How much time should I plan on dedicating each week to the program?

The program offers lots of flexibility so you can make it work for your schedule. That said, you’d ideally want to set aside at least an hour a week for our live group coaching sessions. Outside of the program content, you’ll spend an additional 1-2 hours a week integrating new habits into your routine (e.g. meal prep, self care, movement, etc.) that’ll eventually become second nature. But they may take more time initially as you’re learning and internalizing what I teach you. And, you geet lifetime access too everything, so you can always come back and revisit materials!

When are the live coaching calls?

I’ll be live on Zoom every Thursday at 7:30 p.m. EST throughout the program to help you get even more powerful results, more personalized attention, answer your questions, and connect on a deep level.

What if I can’t make the live calls or workshops?

We’ll share the coaching call schedule ahead of time so you can plan as best you can. If you’re not able to make every call, don’t worry! You’ll absolutely still benefit from the content and have lifetime access to all the recordings – including the bonus workshops. Many clients in past programs have told me they’ve gone back and listened to some of our most potent coaching calls multiple times.
